$$ B\left(\lambda ,T\right)=\frac{2h{c}^{2}}{{\lambda }^{5}}\frac{1}{{{\rm{e}}}^{\frac{{hc}}{\lambda KT}}-1} $$ (1)
$ {F}_{ori} $ 、$ {F}_{atm1} $ 与$ {F}_{atm2\_ori} $ 为目标物实际辐射量、目标附近气温发出辐射量、传播路径气温实际辐射量,$ {F}_{ori} $ 、$ {F}_{atm1} $ 与$ {F}_{atm2\_ori} $ 分别与目标温度$ {T}_{tar} $ 、目标附近气体温度$ {T}_{atm1} $ 、传播路径气体温度$ {T}_{atm2} $ 有关。$ {F}_{tar} $ 与$ {F}_{atm2} $ 为目标发出辐射量与传播路径发出辐射量,$ {F}_{ref} $ 为目标物反射环境温度的辐射量。$ {F}_{atm\_trans} $ 与$ {F}_{ref\_trans} $ 分别为目标物发出辐射量与目标物反射环境温度的辐射量经过传播路径后到达红外热像仪窗口的辐射量:$$ \begin{split} {F}_{tar}\text=&\varepsilon {F}_{ori}=\varepsilon {{\int }_{{\lambda }_{1}}^{{\lambda }_{2}}B\left(\lambda ,{T}_{tar}\right)}{\rm{d}}\lambda=\\ &\varepsilon {{\int }_{{\lambda }_{1}}^{{\lambda }_{2}}\dfrac{2h{c}^{2}}{ {\lambda }^{5}}\dfrac{1}{{{\rm{e}}}^{\frac{{hc}}{\lambda {K}{T}_{tar}}}-1}}{\rm{d}}\lambda \end{split} $$ (2) $$\begin{split} {F}_{atm1}=&{{\int }_{{\lambda }_{1}}^{{\lambda }_{2}}B\left(\lambda ,{T}_{atm1}\right)}{\rm{d}}\lambda= \\ &{{\int }_{{\lambda }_{1}}^{{\lambda }_{2}}\dfrac{2h{c}^{2}}{ {\lambda }^{5}}\dfrac{1}{{{\rm{e}}}^{\frac{{hc}}{\lambda {K}{T}_{atm1}}}-1}}{\rm{d}}\lambda \end{split}$$ (3) $$ \begin{split} {F}_{atm2}\text=&(1-\tau ){F}_{atm2\_ori}=\\ &(1-\tau ){{\int }_{{\lambda }_{1}}^{{\lambda }_{2}}B\left(\lambda ,{T}_{atm2}\right)}{\rm{d}}\lambda =\\ &(1-\tau ){{\int }_{{\lambda }_{1}}^{{\lambda }_{2}}\frac{2h{c}^{2}}{ {\lambda }^{5}}\frac{1}{{\rm{{e}}}^{\frac{{hc}}{\lambda \text{K}{T}_{atm2}}}-1}}{\rm{d}}\lambda \end{split} $$ (4) $$ \begin{split} \\ {F}_{ref}=(1- \varepsilon ){F}_{atm1} \end{split}$$ (5) $$ {F}_{tar\_trans}=\tau {F}_{tar} $$ (6) $$ {F}_{ref\_trans}=\tau {F}_{ref} $$ (7) 式中:
$ {F}_{ori} $ :$$ {F}_{ori}=\frac{1}{\tau \varepsilon }F-\frac{\tau (1-\varepsilon )}{\tau \varepsilon }{F}_{atm1}-\frac{1-\tau }{\tau \varepsilon }{F}_{atm2\_ori} $$ (9)
$ R\left(\lambda \right) $ ,目标实际辐射量$ {F}_{ori} $ 在探测器上的响应值$ {S}_{ori} $ 为:$$ {S}_{ori}={\int }_{{\lambda }_{1}}^{{\lambda }_{2}}\frac{2{h}{{c}}^{2}}{{\lambda }^{5}}\frac{1}{{{\rm{e}}}^{\frac{{hc}}{\lambda K{T}_{tar}}}-1}R\left(\lambda \right){\rm{d}}\lambda $$ (11) 由公式(11)可知目标温度
$ {T}_{tar} $ 与探测器响应值$ {S}_{ori} $ 存在对应关系,对公式(11)进行泰勒展开近似可得:$$ {S}_{ori}={\left.k\frac{2{h}{{c}}^{2}}{{\lambda }^{5}}\frac{1}{{{\rm{e}}}^{\frac{{hc}}{\lambda K{T}_{tar}}}-1}\right|}_{\lambda ={\lambda }_{0}}+O $$ (12) 参数项合并可得近似公式:
$$ {S}_{ori}=\frac{R}{{{\rm{e}}}^{\frac{B}{{T}_{tar}}}-1}+O $$ (13) 其中
$$ R=k\frac{2{h}{{c}}^{2}}{{{\lambda }_{0}}^{5}}R\left({\lambda }_{0}\right) $$ (14) $$ B=\frac{hc}{{\lambda }_{0}K} $$ (15)
$$ \begin{split} {S}_{ori}=&\dfrac{R}{{{\rm{e}}}^{\frac{B}{{T}_{tar}}}-1}+O+\dfrac{\left(\lambda -{\lambda }_{0}\right)}{{{\lambda }_{0}}^{2}\left({{\rm{e}}}^{\frac{2B}{{T}_{tar}}}-2{{\rm{e}}}^{\frac{B}{{T}_{tar}}}+1\right)}\\ & \left(\dfrac{RB}{{T}_{tar}}{{\rm{e}}}^{\frac{B}{{T}_{tar}}}-5R{{\rm{e}}}^{\frac{B}{{T}_{tar}}}+5R+{R}_{2}({{\rm{e}}}^{\frac{B}{{T}_{tar}}}-1)\right) \end{split} $$ (16) 其中
$$ {R}_{2}=\frac{R{'}\left({\lambda }_{0}\right)}{{{\lambda }_{0}}^{4}} $$ (17)
$$ {\lambda }_{\rm max}=\frac{b}{T} $$ (18) 式中:
Table 1. Comparison of relative errors before and after calibration of temperature measurement
Device Before calibration After calibration Blackbody1 (33 ℃) 2.85% 0.12% Blackbody2 (36 ℃) 0.97% 0.28% Blackbody3 (37 ℃) 0.49% 0.20% Blackbody4 (38 ℃) 0.50% 0.29% Blackbody5 (42 ℃) 1.45% 0.69% 公式(13)、(16)为公式(11)不同阶泰勒展开近似形式,引入拟合优度

Abstract: The infrared thermal imager can monitor the target temperature, which plays the role of accident warning and location confirmation, large-scale human temperature screening and so on. Due to the temperature drift caused by the change of ambient temperature and infrared radiation absorption, most of the infrared thermal imagers for temperature measurement need blackbody for real-time calibration, but the blackbody-based infrared thermal imagers are limited by the fixed scene and poor portability. To solve this problem, a temperature calibration and compensation method without blackbody was proposed. By deducing the principle of infrared temperature measurement, the prior relation between target temperature and radiation quantity was obtained with multiple blackbodies calibration, and for addressing temperature drift caused by the internal structure of the detector, the temperature compensation was realized by non-linear modeling based on Newton's cooling law. The experimental results show that the proposed methods have the long-term stability to keep the relative error of temperature measurement within 0.9%, reduce the average relative error by 64%, and realize the portable, real-time, stable and high-precision temperature measurement of miniaturized infrared thermal imager.
