$$ \lambda =\frac{\Delta nV}{f}{\left[{\mathit{\rm sin}}^{2}2{\theta }_{i}+{\mathit{\rm sin}}^{4}{\theta }_{i}\right]}^{1/2} $$ (1) 式中:∆n=ni−nd为双折射的差异折射指数;

$$ {P}_{{\lambda }_{i}}^{R}=\frac{\pi {P}_{{\lambda }_{i}}^{E}{\rho }_{{\lambda }_{i}}\mathit{\rm cos}\alpha }{4{d}^{2}}{\eta }_{{\lambda }_{i}}^{stm}{\eta }_{{\lambda }_{i}}^{sys},i=\mathrm{1,2},\cdots,M $$ (2) 式中:
$ {P}_{{\lambda }_{i}}^{E} $ 为激光发射功率;α为入射角度;d为距离;$ {\rho }_{{\lambda }_{i}} $ 表示目标反射率;$ {\eta }_{{\lambda }_{i}}^{sys}{、\eta }_{{\lambda }_{i}}^{stm} $ 是系统和大气参数;M为通道数。 $$ {P}_{{\lambda }_{i}}^{R}\propto \frac{{P}_{{\lambda }_{i}}^{E}{\rho }_{{\lambda }_{i}}}{{d}^{2}} $$ (3)
$ \kappa \left({\lambda }_{i}\right) $ 。$$ J=\left\| {I}_{s}\left({\lambda }_{i}\right)-\kappa \left({\lambda }_{i}\right){I}_{\text{HSL}}\left({\lambda }_{i}\right)\right\| $$ (4) $ {I}_{s}\left({\lambda }_{i}\right) $ 为光谱仪记录强度信号值,$ {I}_{\text{HSL}}\left({\lambda }_{i}\right) $ 为HSL记录强度信号值。光谱仪测量的标准漫反射参照板不同波长的反射率值$ {\rho }_{s}\left({\lambda }_{i}\right) $ 为光谱仪测量的标准漫反射参照板不同波长对应的反射率值,实现对HSL初步标定:$$ {\rho }_{\text{HSL}}\left({\lambda }_{i}\right)=\kappa \left({\lambda }_{i}\right){\rho }_{s}\left({\lambda }_{i}\right)+\delta \left({\lambda }_{i}\right) $$ (5) 式中:
$ {\rho }_{ref}\left({\lambda }_{i}\right) $ 为标准参照板在不同波长下的反射率(出厂测试数据),误差函数为$ \delta \left({\lambda }_{i}\right)={\rho }_{s}\left({\lambda }_{i}\right)-{\rho }_{ref}\left({\lambda }_{i}\right) $ 。根据光谱仪测量标定结果,初步标定光谱信息,在实际应用中逐步修正高光谱激光雷达反射率。 -

$$ \begin{array}{c}SN{R}_{\rho }\left({\lambda }_{i}\right)=\dfrac{\mu \left({\lambda }_{i}\right)}{\sigma \left({\lambda }_{i}\right)}\\ \mu \left({\lambda }_{i}\right)=\dfrac{1}{M}{\displaystyle\sum }_{j=1}^{M}{a}_{j}\left({\lambda }_{i}\right),\sigma \left({\lambda }_{i}\right)=\dfrac{1}{M}{\displaystyle\sum }_{j=1}^{M}{\left[{a}_{j}\left({\lambda }_{i}\right)-\mu \left({\lambda }_{i}\right)\right]}^{2}\end{array} $$ (7) 式中:ρ为漫反射板标称反射率数值;aj(λi)为第i通道量化电压值;µ(λi),σ(λi)为第i通道量化电压值均值和方差,j取值范围为[0,M],M为测试点的数目,设置为20;i为通道数,取值范围为[1,101],实际波长λ与i关系为
$ {\lambda _i} = {\text{550}} + 5\left( {i - 1} \right) $ ,信噪比计算结果如表2所示。

Abstract: To acquire multidimensional characteristic information of ancient architectures, such as spatial structure, historical evolution and health status, this paper developed a hyperspectral LiDAR (HSL) system that implemented continuous spectrum wavelength selection from 550 nm to 1050 nm by an acousto-optic tunable filter (AOTF). 5 GHz/s high-speed acquisition card recorded the full waveform, including the transmitted and the echo waveforms. A two-mode step scanning strategy, including static single-point testing and zigzag scanning mode, was designed to ensure the accurate acquisition of three-dimensional spatial information. The reflectivity stability, signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), and scanning accuracy tests were conducted in an experimental environment, which indicated that our HSL system was stable and reliable. The 3D reconstruction distribution of ancient building components was presented with a single wavelength quantized voltage value, and the component material classification was conducted by a random forest (RF) classifier with hyperspectral reflectance. The results show that the system can obtain reliable 3D spatial and supercontinuous spectral information, providing multidimensional feature data for ancient architecture modelling.
